Professional Experience

Dr. Ing received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in Chemistry. She completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences – COMP-NW, and residency training in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center. She completed her fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University and the Portland VA Medical Center. Dr. Ing is dual board certified in both Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

As a sleep medicine specialist, Dr. Ing enjoys partnering with patients to explore treatment options for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and has a special interest in working with patients who are struggling to use their CPAP. She is also passionate about non-medication treatments for insomnia, and has a network of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia specialists that she refers to.

In her spare time Dr. Ing enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, baking, picking berries, and spending time outdoors.
